This Privacy Policy describes how Phoenix Technical Marketing on behalf of Air-Draulic Engineering ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or interact with this site or landing page (the "Site").
Important note about this Site and domain: This Site may be hosted and operated using third-party marketing and communications platforms (including GoHighLevel) and may appear on a domain that differs from the Company’s primary website domain (for example, a similar or campaign-specific domain used for advertising and lead intake). The Site is designed to help you request information, submit a lead, schedule an appointment, or otherwise contact the Company.
1. Who operates this Site
The Company is the primary business responsible for the services you are inquiring about. Phoenix Technical Marketing ("PTM") may provide marketing, advertising management, lead intake support, and technical services for the Company, including hosting and managing landing pages, intake routing, and tracking. GoHighLevel and other vendors may provide the underlying technology for forms, CRM, automation, and communications. These service providers process information on behalf of the Company to operate the Site and related services.

Advertising and attribution information, such as click identifiers (for example, GCLID) and information used to measure ad performance and create audiences.
3. Lead intake, review, and routing
When you submit information through the Site (for example, via a form, chat, or scheduling link), your submission may be received and processed through GoHighLevel and related tools. PTM personnel may access, review, and handle these submissions on behalf of the Company for purposes such as lead verification, spam or fraud filtering, quality control, routing to the appropriate Company contact, and responding to your request. PTM is acting as a service provider for the Company when performing these activities.
4. Calls, call tracking, recordings, transcriptions, and AI notes
We may use call tracking and business phone systems to route and manage calls related to the Site. For example, calls may be tracked using CallRail and may forward calls to GoHighLevel or similar business communication providers.
Calls may be answered by PTM team members on behalf of the Company to vet leads, collect initial details, and route inquiries appropriately. When this occurs, PTM is acting as a service provider for the Company.
Calls may be recorded and or transcribed by phone and call tracking providers, and AI-generated call summaries or notes may be created within CallRail, RingCentral, GoHighLevel, or similar tools, subject to the settings and features enabled. If recording is enabled, you consent to such recording and processing by continuing the call where permitted by law. Where required by law, additional consent may be obtained.
